Nora Venturelli was born in Rosario, Argentina. In 1968 she immigrated with her family to California where she graduated from High School and started her studies in art. She has lived alternatively in both countries since then. During an interim living in Argentina, she studied with artist Julio Vanzo. She has been living in Ann Arbor, MI for the last 25 years. Nora has a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the University of Michigan, and a Master in Fine Arts from Eastern MI University. She is currently a Lecturer II at the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art & Design where she teaches drawing and painting. Nora is active showing her work locally and internationally, her work is in numerous private and public collections. She is represented by the WSG Gallery in Ann Arbor, MI.
