Commonly with plein air painting, I see something I like and pull over and paint it. There were vineyards on both sides of the road. A man came up to me and asked what I was doing on his property. I told him I was painting. He asked what, so I indicated to the trees and vineyard across the road. He mentioned there was a better vineyard to paint, meaning his vineyard, but I held true and told him I liked the light and composition of that one. Hence the title.
