I, like many people in the area, enjoy rock hunting on the shores of Lake Michigan. This was painted on the final day. I already had more paintings than I knew what to do with, so this was purely an experiment that turned out to be one of my all time favorites. It took such intense focus to understand the motions and colors, but it was also so peaceful and rejuvenating.
