The wind was very unforgiving this morning, but I wanted to capture those amazing colors in the water. The dock shadows revealed a stunning turquoise. I really enjoyed watching the ships sail by, and the water sparkle. What you don’t see is how hard I worked to paint straight lines when the wind was shaking my whole easel the entire time!
