What started out as a simple painting about a weathered but aesthetic dinghy became a subtle metaphor for class dynamics when an expensive and fully loaded fishing boat pulled up to dock right in my field of view. Some of us make money, and some of us just make do.
I bet that dinghy still gets the job done.
