Jimmy Navarro is a contemporary Impressionist painter working out of Des Moines, Iowa. He is a graduate of Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a focus in painting and furniture. His paintings focus on color and fleeting light trying to capture the essence, the mood of what he sees. 

Born and raised in the Driftless Region of Western Wisconsin he has a connection with its unique rolling landscape and nostalgic farm life.
